Crowbar plugin for HCF

Hello guys im LauGLau , and i want buy a crowbar plugin.When u do /crowbar u get a gold hoe and with that hoe u can break one spawner and get it (like a wrench) and u can break 6 ender frames with that crowbar. When u break the spawner and 6 ender frames the crowbar breaks.And with the command /setendspawn i can put the spawn of the end and when the people join in the portals from his faction appear in the spawn
