Custom Punish Message

Could someone make a simple plugin for me?

So whenever a staff kicks or bans a player

In chat it would say
[STAFF] %player% [kicked] or [banned] %player for [reason]
Idk how to do this but like everytime a staff kicks or bans the [staff] always shows
Could u also make it so the color of the message is configurable, because I like to test to see which colors would look good

Also the person being kicked sees a custom message on their screen

You Were Kicked by %player%
Reason:

Server Name
-----------------------------------------------------

You Were Banned by %player%
Reason:
Appeal @

Also make this configurable as well

http://mctools.org/motd-creator is very useful for making the custom message for essentials, since it does all the colourcodes for you, and allows you to see what it is going to look like.
