Hey,
I'm looking for a Dev for DeitiesPvP. DeitiesPvP is a Faction server.

As Dev of the server, you will get this:
- 10-20% of our profits or a monthly pay (Offer your price if its monthly pay)

You will also be required to do this:
- Be active so when i need you i can msg you
- Support/help the server with fixing bugs
- help making sure everything works
- basically just be a full time dev for my server


Some things that will make you more likely to get accepted:
- LOTS of experience with this

Sorry, but no one will most likely take up this job (if they are a good developer) for only 10-20% of the server's profits, they need to be positive that they will get money, in case the server fails. I would get money first, and then start paying the dev hourly or weekly. Anyways, good luck!

I don't think anybody will take up this offer. No dev wants a percentage. They'll want to be paid per project or hourly.
