One way you could provide proof is to make a single tree and a smaller structure in the style of the spawn structure, then take progress pics of that. that would show you are capable of making something like this.

A vouch copy is if you give a member that is generally trusted by the community a copy of the build so that they may vouch for you being legit.
However, since the person offering it is is not a fantastic example of it. He's a legit member of the community judging by his profile, but he's not exactly well known or highly trusted by the building community on here, so a vouch from him would mean relatively little.
Its your call though, it might still be worth it. It depends very much on if he is willing to agree to not use the build on a public server, as people on here are sticklers for exclusivity in builds.
