I wouldn't ask anyone their skills 1-100, people may not want to say as it may look like they're being big-headed if they put higher than what everyone else thinks. Also I think you should put more information about your team as people who want to join you will want to know about you and how you can help them.
I applied, after asking me to code a full fledged party plugin for them. I asked them if something in my app would work for them. Turns out the didn't read my app. They asked me to make a bungee plugin. I put I don't code bungee plugins in my app. Then after they found out I caught on, they said they could no longer use me. Not saying they are a scam but they are VERY shady.[DOUBLEPOST=1462453932][/DOUBLEPOST]Pretty sure they wanted me to code it so they could sell it.

We have a developer that made this plugin without any problems, we don't know why you think that we are going to sell it.
We probably didn't explained ourself correctly, as english is not our nature language.
