Developers Wanted(Commission Involved)

Hello there,
I am Miner the owner of LightningsMC. I come forth today looking for developers that will code custom plugins, to only use on LightningsMC. As well as developers to help us customize our website and and buycraft store. We are not looking for a one time job. This is a process and want our developers in the long run. We want all our developers to stay and continue there work with us.
Requirements:
-Some prior experience with coding Minecraft plugins
-Knowledge with HTML and CSS
-To provide full time when needed such as releasing projects on time
-Ability to work and modify the current website and future ones
You may be asking yourself right now. Well what do I get in return for working with you guys?
Me and my partner have not setup an actual way to pay for our developers. As of now we have two options for pay.
1) Pay as we go. Which means every time you do a plugin or whatever the case may be. We pay you in that moment.
Or
2) We could pay a portion of the donations every month. The percentage is yet to be determined a range would be from about 5%-35% from all donations.

Potential developers - please be aware I contacted this person and fulfilled a project for them in its entirety only for the client to then refuse payment due to issues with their "partner" experiencing emergency family problems - now they're back here bumping this thread...

EDIT: They have since gotten back in contact with their partner and paid for the project they ordered in full.
