Discord.py bot plugin development

Looking for a user proficient in python to create a plugin for my current discord bot. The plugin will need to store several bits of information via json and be retrievable via command in a neat, orderly fashion. My budget is flexible in the range of $25-$100 USD and I can go into more detail with my ideas/expectations via direct message should one need it prior to deciding.

My bot is coded in python. I wouldn't want to have the whole thing rewritten unfortunately
