Do not work with this man

I applied for this guys server ( Dairys ) and at first I was denied for "not enough information". I told him that my application was supposed to be straight to the point and that just because an application is long does not mean it has good quality. He than tells me that it was supposed to be long and that I would have to re-do it. I then told him that I value his time and I do not put meaningless things into an application just so it looks good. He then changes his mind and accepts me. I than get the IP for the server and I get oped and GM'd. I than receive access to the panel and they tell me to look over the plugins. I then ask questions about why their server is setup the way it is and than they tell me that 1.7 and the plugins they have are better than the updated versions. I agree and than go on my way of business. I start to tidy up spawn as they were testing lag and they did lava and water and I was getting extreme lag so I fixed it and they did not mind. After that, one of the owners asked me if I knew about the service Mojang offers to change your IGN. I say yes and than he asks me if I knew skindex and I replied yes as well. He than starts to complain about my skin and my IGN and I flat out tell him that I worry more about making money than how my stupid skin looks. He than says his apologies and I start resuming what I was doing. 3 minutes later I get this. (Screenshots down below)

This was out of the blue so I did not expect it. I ask why I was banned and what did I do wrong and he immediately comes up with an excuse.
I wrote this just to inform you to not work with this person if he asks for favors or staff. ( Dairys )​

Alright here we go, Let me start by saying if you look under the 'server staff' section of the forums you will find my thread, that I did not remove, secondly you say in the google doc you're looking for paid work. then you go and put shuch little time and effort into your application, it was such a bad application, and I don't mean to be rude but if you're looking for paid work, in which I'm willing to do, I expect a lot of time and effort put into your application, seconly. when you get on the server you keep demanding stuff, 'do I get consol' 'do I get admin' we gave you the control panel because we belived you could help us out, I did state in skype that it was more of a trial than an acceptance. https://gyazo.com/8c191e58be59f2029a01b086c9d0ccd0 . you then go on to keep what I would class as 'disrespecting' my server, as its still the first couple of days into it, we have all the builds stored on a different test server, and we was using the development server for this guy to do his 'trial' then he starts asking things that a 'developer' wouldn't ask if they knew what they were doing. I felt I could find someone better to do this job, then my friend logs on 'eoj' and starts being rude, this is because he presumed it was one of my friends, and was just having a bit of banter, then vemtrix says 'I care more about money' at this point I thought that's not what I want, I want dedication and someone that's going to stick with me, not someone in it for the money. I then tell him on skype I did not want him to be apart of my team and asked joe to ban him, he banned him for 'www.namemc.com' I quickly changed the ban reason too something more appropriate. The only thing I'm going to apologise for is how my friend acted, I did nothing wrong. I told you it was going to be a trial, and didn't feel you'd fit in our team within the first 20 minuets. so yeah, before you go calling me out on MCM, get your fact straight, and don't try and mug me off on here.

Let me refute your arguments please. My notifications disappeared so I assumed you deleted it. You saying that I put "little work" into the application is an opinion. You see it as being little work but I see it as being straight to the point. Third, "Do I get console." is not a demand but a question. You have the right to say no. "Do I get admin." is also a question so you can say no to that too. You also took my statement, "I care more about money." out of context. I'm just going to say. Even if you were banned for a stupid reason, doesn't mean you should get the rights to trash the users profile and status/reputation. Honestly, you are also acting like a 10 year old.
