I need a plugin that will drop crates from the sky into war zone with random items in it , for my factions server. This plugin will need to happen every 20-40 minutes and admins are able to do /envoy to summon this event and players should be able to do /envoy timer to see how long till this event.

If this is at all possible for you to do it for free or if your giving out vouch copies that would be extremely helpful. I can give you a rank on my server if your at all interested in trading that for this plugin!!!

It's quite evident you're not built for this community. Sorry :/ just advising you before others rip you to shreds, no one will make you a plugin for free, because we can just get paid for it, either learn java or get some money together, you'll need money anyways to start your server up.

I've had people make plugins for me before for free, I also know java script, I just don't have the time to design a plugin ATM I have real world problems to take care of before people like you. Btw my server is up and running and I have people currently working on it, so next you say something like that look deeper in to the detail.
I was just searching for people that would be so kind to do this for me, because I know there is people there out like that. On the other hand there's people like you out there looking for a price or reward sometime there not always a reward for what you do, it's called life get over it.

A marketplace implies you need money.
If you don't have any for plugins then go to the people that can do it for free like the ones you said.
