Event Manager

I am looking for an Events plugin that is 100% easy to use and willing to pay 10 dollars. (Negotiable) Must be 1.7+ Compatible

1. For it to work there must be an even number of players who participate (Otherwise it won't start

2. Simple command /event teleports them to the event.

3. Have selected kits for the event.

4. Minimal messages I will send to you over Skype

5. If there are 2 players participating in the event it turns into a 1vs1 4 players 2vs2 and so on.

6. And honestly anything that would look good to you.

I won't have to monitor the Event since it will be all automatic.

*Other Notes* Have the command /setspawn 1(2) So that could teleport the player or players to the spawn.
