Paid this kid and he seriously scammed over $30 lmao. Sent via. PayPal balance.

Is it possible for me to chargeback? If so, how

If you paid with f&f then no, sorry. However if you did pay with g&s it's possible.

You could try and contact PayPal and appeal to their humanity to get your money back. (Just explain the situation and be honest and someone might just help you).

F&F IS possible. But you have to plan it out beforehand. You have to log in using a vpn to have a different ip, then report the transaction as unauthorized and they'll see that it was sent using a different ip than yours. You send the payment with the vpn

What if I restart my router and change my ip before I report it as unauthorized

So unlike a vpn, my ip will be on the same address (my house); but it will be on a diff ip from the one I send the F&F payment on. Would that work

not sure, I have never done a chargeback, just know a bit here and there.
