FACTION PLUGIN

[Traveling]

Hello, i'm in need of a fairly simple faction plugin.

Here is what it is

StrideFlight

Makes it so whenever a player is in SafeZone they can fly (Says a message, plays a sound)

If a player enters a WarZone or wilderness or faction territory flight is disabled (Says a message, plays a sound)

Make all messages/sounds configurable. (Allow UTF)

Can anyone do this for FREE?

I'm fairly new to Minecraft, but I want to say there is a plugin available where you can define different regions and set specific permissions in them that is available for free. Hopefully someone can follow up with a name for you. I remember coming across something like this when browsing plugins.

Traveling Instead of having someone make a plugin for this just download "World Guard", its a plugin that allows you to define regions and set certain flags for them.
