Factions Plugin

I need a factions plugin for 1.7.10 / 1.8 [NOT HCF] a regular factions plugin. When I add the normal one that comes with the server it looks really shitty and does this https://gyazo.com/e37f15d366a143cf87afbfea9e746ea2 ! Does anybody have one that looks something like this or similar?

You can do this with Essentials' chat feature. I'm assuming that you have essentials and if you're managing permissions with PermissionsEx, in the Essentials config.yml file you can add the rank names along with their chat format. Hope this helps

I know, but the /f show and everything looks terrible.. the plugin is not good overall
