I need like, a 100x100 spawn.. not looking to pay much for it, I just want to be able to resell it once (going to be selling it in a factions setup)

If you have a nonexclusive you're willing to let me resell, that works. If you can build for me for cheap, that also works.

they used that spawn but instead it had a warzone but it is the exact spawn...

Yeah mine has a warzone too but I don't have that anymore because I kept only the schem which had the spawn not the whole world file.. Here is the start of the spawn and Ill get FatTaco (McBuild's old manager aka who sold me this spawn to vouch that I bought it when he gets on).
