You know what... Forget the offer, you wont get any more as 100 people on here said $60 isn't worth it. (and its true)

Now your just being rude to a potential customer... Not even taking an offer to consideration, who knows you might not get any more offers and you might just need the money, and want it now.
You will never sell this for $60.

Why does he needs to show you anything? This is his build and his price! Do you listen to players when deciding prices for donator ranks on your server? If you think the price is to high for you then don't buy it...simple as that.

Well well lukas on the forums, This build is cute indeed. But your technique of selling is really lacking. I would definitely make this into an auction. For example: Bid Start 25$, Bid Increasement 5$, BIN 100$, Reserve 60$. The reserve means it will not go lower for 60$ yet people will still consider to bid as close as possible maybe up to 55$ or even above. Server owners enjoy bidding wars, either they want the build for their own server, or to "annoy" the other guy a bit to let him pay more then he wanted in the 1st place.

Don't get me wrong, I've been living off comissions the past 2 years. Just giving some advice, great build nonetheless.

Pils: First off, thanks for the advise but for the time I have been following MC-Market auctions I havent seen many auctions with a lot of bids. Most auctions on here get like 2-3 bids and thats it. Also I hate the `reserve price` as it really seems unfair towards the buyer, either I have a large starting price or just a BIN. In my opinion you shouldnt just have an xx starting price but actually not willing to sell it for less than yy. I will make it a non-exclusive build tomorrow and sell like 10 copies, each for 10-15$. That way everyone should be happy.

The reason why people think you should lower the price is not because it's not worth $60 it's because people on mc-market are pretty young and buy maps for like $3. They want your spawn and they dont have that much money (welcome on mc market lol)
But yea, it's worth $60 so dont lower the price, simply sell it on another website at the right price. (or sell it non exclusivly, good idea)
