Was wondering how much this would cost to have created for me and who would do it...

Need it to have permission nodes to set commands specific to certain ranks.

/Block - Just turns the Coal, Redstone, Iron, Lapis, Gold, Diamond, Glowstone, Snow, And Emeralds you have in your inventory into Blocks.

/Stack - Only want it to stack Potions to stacks of 16, <--Splash Potions. 64 For Eggs/Snowballs. Water and Lava buckets to stacks of 16. And any other item into it's original sized stack.

/PvP - Gives the user Resistance I, Fire Resistance I, Strength I, and Speed I For eight minutes and has a cool down of 30 minutes... <--- Editable effects in config.

[Item] Shows the item you are holding in chat Lore enchants and such, when hovered over.

Enderpearl Cooldown Adds an 8 second enderpearl timer.. Need to be able to set this to specific ranks.

I know literally nothing of coding plugins and whether or not this is considered "Small" or how much it would cost lol.
I've had about three people that were going to do it for free. Well I kinda gave up on that after a week without notice on each haha.
