I have been recently scammed by Keyser Size/Thematic, and realized there is a loophole in the rule were MCM does not hold responosbilty and users invest at there own risk.
His excuse is that its my fault/risk I invested, and since he doesn't have the money (let's pretend he doesn't ), he isn't entitled to do anything what so ever. Say this point was true- everyone would ask for investments and never get paid back..
My suggestion:
Add that users are not aloud to keep the money if they fail to pay up, and if they AVSOLUTELY cannot pay, must give some sort of compensation such as a setup, plugin, or monthly payments. Dealing with this user's silly arguments has led me to realize there is a loophole in this rule.
