Hello everybody! I am currently offering FREE basic GFX!
I am new to this, so I can't do anything fancy!
I just started figuring this out myself today, so don't judge!

Well here's some feedback... (from a flat graphic designer)

Well the font for "Wizard Development" isn't very effective. When picking a font for a project, think of what would be most effective and what is most closely related to the task at hand. The font you're currently using is futuristic looking and does not relate to "development" very well and does not relate to "wizard" at all, even remotely. Same goes for the background, which is a picture of space (correct me if I am wrong). However the font you used for "Fast. Cheap. Efficient." looks good aesthetically and is fine to me. Now on to the icon... When you're trying to represent objects in a flat design, I'd recommend to have it resemble the actual object. Here it looks pretty wonky, especially with the collar of the button-down shirt sticking out behind the person's head. And I would make the person's head more like an oval than a normal circle, it looks bland and generic. I would also have the blue jacket's edges on the top be rounded off more, but keep the edges on the bottom the same. Also keep a simple palette, don't over complicate things with a huge gradient. Not that the one on the jacket is huge, but it is not subtle enough to fit in with the rest of the banner. Well there's my two cents. Good luck
