FREE - List Plugin

Hello all, I've seen a few threads on people requesting a "HCF style" List plugin.
Its currently 5am and I decided to make one.
Its a fairly simple plugin and I may update it later on today at some point if people request anything.

Permissions:
list.staff
list.famous
list.donator
(Anyone without a permission will be shown as regular).

Please leave your feedback.
I may add source later idk.

Negative, I may add that today. Currently only the ranks specified.

Currently only 1. I will be updating this tommorow making it so you can add as many ranks as you would like.
