I can't because I'm not a premium member. If there's actually a way to do it without premium I couldn't find it

ah I see. I'll look it up .[DOUBLEPOST=1445405625,1445405420][/DOUBLEPOST]You only need premium to create premium (aka paid) resources, its perfectly possible to create free resources normally, just go to the "resources tab" and press the "add resource" button.
