I am looking for a plugin that ties into buycraft and can determine the purchase amount and add it to a player value. Then have it execute a command once it gets to a certain threshold.

Also to have permission values to push the system (or just one command that can push an individual value)
A permission value to check your own individual cash spent

So for example, YAML script:

Value 1: "Amount"
Command: "/custom Command"

Value 2: "Amount"
Command: "/Custom Command"

I'm thinking it could be a simple integration by pulling the prices from the /buy script in tibex and then creating a user data base based off the usernames that donate

This should be pretty simple to make if Buycraft’s api allows me to see how much they’ve spent on your store. Feel free to PM me.
