Heya MCM Community! I'll be replying in my defense to your accuse by points;

- First of all, when I confirmed the order form you filled, you submitted a MAD KING with crown, a sword and some potion effects around, and a belt out of mushroom stew. NOT a full sized king. As what is posted on my page and as what most of my clients know, most of my mascots starts from waist to head, that's why I presented the first SKETCH.

- Second, the one you're accusing of "a fourth grade computer arts project", is a rough sketch, A ROUGH SKETCH, a concept, not traced, not colored and not even a touch of the final output. Before I start any work, I make sure I clear my workflow to my clients which includes sketching> coloring> vectoring & wordmark.

- Third, On this line, "then he "fixed" things and created the disaster", I made a complete sketch totally different from the first one I've sent because JUST AFTER I've sent the first sketch you've said that you want a full size and so I did WITHOUT ANY HESITATIONS. You even said you preferred the ones with no legs that's why I continued coloring the half one.

- Fourth, it is indicated on my TOS that there are no refunds once started. As an artist with half a year of experience with working on various and far more complex projects. I could tell this guy just changed his because he saw a better artist or changed his mind in the middle of my work. I also never mentioned you needed to pay the other half even if you don't want to continue. If you want to cancel, then leave. I did my part.

- Lastly, where did you get the "3 weeks" you've mentioned I caused? You placed your order last Feb. 6 and I said to your team that the timeframe for the project could take a week. THAT'S 10 DAYS AGO, you cancelled your order 4 days ago, STILL WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME I gave, FAR far beyond the "3 weeks".
You filed a refund ticket to Paypal in which I openly receive but I won't allow people like you to disregard the time and effort I've exerted on this one. I've also mentioned that if Paypal takes on your side then it's okay, at least I didn't just surrender to your talk.

If you guys believe on Studies, then do freely, but I do can stand surely that the outputs I made starting from the moment I came here UNTIL NOW are out of my best.

You never explained nothing to no one you just posted your TOS a thousand times thinking it means something, guess what it means NOTHING. Go study your previous work and get back to that level or stop advertising that you still can make artwork at that level. You set us behind 3 weeks cause we can't release without a logo, we hired you. You fucked us over, now we gotta wait an extra 2 weeks and spend 100$ outright on a PROPER artist. Not some clown. That's 3 weeks worth of damage, we should have our logo already and be released to the public but you by yourself postponed an entire networks opening. It's just sad cause there would have been tons of work for you if you would have just taken this seriously.
