Get Rid of "Click Bait" Thread Titles

I am seeing these more and more and it is getting old. "Click Bait" is where users put something off topic or random to get you to see their thread rather than putting what they are actually selling or buying. Not only does not look bad when look through threads, but it also annoys people. I really think "Click Bait" titles should be removed and or banned. Thank you.

Better title for this.[DOUBLEPOST=1446749462,1446749421][/DOUBLEPOST]EDIT: Agreed, click bait titles are stupid. I try to make my titles informative w/ caps and easy to see things using brackets, but they always get overlooked still by dumb stuff like this ^
