Just wondering, you appear to be hiring a lot of staff.Still Hiring!
Once we get a commission, i put them into a group of say 3 if it's a large project and they work together on that, and once the client pays, the money gets equally split up and if someone did more than others, they obviously get a bit more of the pay. and we have this terms & conditions type of deal, 5% of each pay (which isn't much) must go towards Glass Studios to keep the site up.Just wondering, you appear to be hiring a lot of staff.
How do you intend to make money if you're required to pay them all?
Sorry? what do you mean? You are an unneeded step in the process that just takes a little off the top of everyone's work.. Why would anyone do this? Lol
I mean what is your role of this shin dig.... What is it that you actually do. You hire other designers, you hire other developers.. Where do you come in during the success process?Sorry? what do you mean?
Ah, i'm the founder of Glass Studios. i organize all the commissions that we receive and hire the people interested in work. i'm also a Front-End Developer, My languages are known as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java and Jquery.I mean what is your role of this shin dig.... We are looking for someone to be able to do, easy graphics like simple logos, icons such as pencils, gears and web-base general and we also need someone to be able to edit images with some effects for example, fade, blur and more. this will be used on websites so it must be presented at your 100% best.I may be applying in the future for a said position, however I would like to know what genre of graphics it is that you would be in need of.
I specialize (although I do not currently have a portfolio of) in modern, non-MC related GFX. For example the type you may see on a modern online business logo etc. I assume that within each site you create, depending on the theme and subject of the website, you would occasionally-commonly be needing one in my such field work.
Can't wait to see what you've come up with!Certainly. This falls right into my category so I will be applying somewhere within the foreseeable future once I have gathered up a portfolio.
