I wouldn't recommend asking this for free. There are very cheap services around MCM. They charge around $1-$10 for a graphics lesson including PS design, and C4D design. Some of them also include some free GFX Packs for you to use on your own GFX. If you're still interested in graphic lessons, I'd be happy to charge you $3 for an entire lesson showing you how to use both programs, and I'd also include some free GFX Packs as I said earlier.
