- By wanting me to create a design for you, you agree to the terms of service. Furthermore, you will need to agree to these terms before I create the design for you
- You cannot give the design(s) I make for you to someone else. You will need my permission. That being said, if you do get permission, you are not allowed to take credit for the work I did.
- You do not have to credit me upon using the design(s), however, you cannot claim as your own, claim you bought it from someone, claim that someone made it then specify someone who is not me.
- You can request to have adjustments made, remove things or add things. It is not guaranteed that I can do it, however, I will do your request(s) to the best of my ability.
- Updates will be given out during the process, however, you may not request an update. They will be given out frequently throughout the duration. I will let you know when I have started on your design.
- Once I have done all of the request(s) you wanted me to do on the design throughout the duration of me doing the initial design, I will ask if you are happy with the design. If you say yes, that is when you have 48 hours to make any adjustments, adds/removals on the design. You cannot ask for adjustments 48 hours after you say you are happy with the design
- You MUST communicate with me. If I see you are active on MCM and you have not responded to me on the platform you contacted me on or I contacted you on regarding the design, I will PM you regarding the design. If you respond and we get things going again and you start not communicating with me when I message you regarding the design, I will no longer do your design. If I notice that you are not active on MCM and I don't get a response within 4 days, I will no longer work on the design(s) you wanted me to.
- I have the right to stop creating the design(s) you requested if you are impatient, not communicating with me or disrespecting me.
- You cannot sell the design(s) I make for you
- I have the right to refuse to do a design or designs for you. If this does happen, you can ask why and I'll gladly tell you in a PM.
- The ToS is subject to updates any time, however, if I have not started on your design, I will inform you of the ToS being updated and will copy and paste the new ToS. If I already started on your design, I will not make you agree to the updated ToS after you already agreed to the previous ToS. However, if you request a completely new design, I'll make you agree to the updated ToS.
