Help check for backend.

Can someone help me check this file for a backend as i installed it into my server after a dev mad it for me and my server console got hacked straight after. Wont let me upload the file to mc-market if you leave your skype below ill send it over that. Just need to know as we are seeing if it was co-incidence or not.

What was the "file"? A Config file? A plugin? We need more info.
