What version of Bungeecord 1.7-1.8 on a PvP Network? HCF, Kitmap, Bunkers, etc

Not quite understanding your question, but I think you're asking which version of BungeeCord runs 1.7-1.8?
If so, https://ci.md-5.net/job/BungeeCord/1119/ would be the link to that download. Download the "BungeeCord.jar" which is the first link under Build Artifacts.

obviously for a pvp server you want nothing above 1.8.9 best would be something between 1.7.10 - 1.8.9
