[Help] OBS Quality Issues.

Hello McMarket. I am having an issue recording on OBS. I have tryed copying many big youtubers OBS Settings. For example, Meezoids, Bcs, and Stimpys. My renders are fine but the quality of my OBS is shit. I dont know how to fix this issue. When I record I get a good 500+ fps.

PC Specs:

CPU: I7-7700K
Graphics Card: 1070
RAM: 16GB
