Help With Prison Server Setup

Hello I am looking for help with these tasks for my prison server

Donor Kits: 5 donor ranks
Mines Setup: This includes mine reset, sell signs, & protecting the mines with WorldGuard
Voting: Each player that votes receives a voting crate key
CustomCrates: Setting up crates (or any crate plugin)
TokenEnchant: Getting the enchantments to work such as the 'explosive' enchant

If you were the ones who set up the mines, you did a terrible job. No offense, but block-break flags weren't even setup with worldguard so you couldn't mine, the interact flag was missing so players can't convert iron ingots into blocks to sell in the AutoSell shops. Terrible job, and some mines aren't worldguarded from what I checked.

I only created the sell signs themselves, never touched the materials.

Enchantment shop? I'm setting up TokenEnchant if that's what you mean... How much was it? I think I might've stolen all the jobs listed here, and going to work on her plugins more.

Signs where paid for, Enchantment shop is /warp enchantment? You built a new warp, which I guess I'm fine with. But, you also blocked me on Skype and un-whitelisted me?

Well the shop you made had no signs that i saw and we never set a price and it was very unfinished. Im not going to whitelist you because my server is not open to the public yet. I am done talking about this topic.
