help with this server error

all of my players homes and bal has been reset i have no clue how to rollback it \

Ouch, Cant be rolled back, Your essential must of boomed. Or som2 deleted your essentials user's file.

I checked my players homes they have it and bal the min they log in they lose it forever but till they log in they have it anyway to like rollback or fix this

Your only hope is using a backup to rollback the data. Good luck! (Or manually reimbursing all the players)

Gl getting it back, Happened to my server a while ago.

thats why you back up your server and or use mysql

If you use a host, then check with them if they have a backup of your server, a lot of hosts automatically back up your server every week in case something happens to it.

If not then, you will have to check and see if you have a backup or give the members back their homes and money manually.

theres no crash report and i dont have a backup of it
