Hello, you may or may not be aware but I am starting up a server with a well known mate and plan to have a well rounded player base ( 20-30+) . The server MineVibe itself is currently a faction server and we plan on making it a Network as improvements come so and so forth. I am currently 15 although the other owner is 18. I have been playing MC for about 3-4 years now and have been in the server business for 2+ years.

Developer:
Features:
- Access to console and all files
Requirements:
- Must be familiar with MC in general
- Must know how to code/encrypt plugins (Create)
- Must know how to configure plugins well
- Recommended 15+ (Age doesn't really matter as long as you are mature)
- If you know about web developing (HTML) you will have a higher chance of acceptance

Manager:
Features:
- Access to everything
Requirements:
- Must be dedicated to the server more than regular staff
- Must be trustful and ethical
- Must have a strong knowledge of minecraft itself
- Must be able to manage staff
- Must be able to manage the whole server and make decisions
- Recommended 14+ (Age doesn't really matter as long as you are mature)

Staff:
Features:
- In-Game Staff Perms
- Forum Staff Perms
Requirements:
- Must be able to moderate the server without being bias
- Must be able to help all players if needed
- Must be dedicated to the server
- Recommended 13+ (Age doesn't really matter as long as you are mature)

Builder:
Features:
- Access to builder perms In-Game
Requirements:
- Must have a strong knowledge base of MC
- Must be good at building/designing
- Must be creative and hard working
- Must never give up
- Recommended 12+ (Age doesn't really matter as long as you are mature)

Eh, maybe he wants two managers.
I can also do server administration and moderation if he needs that.
