Hello all! Got another set I am selling. The small town is a simple design in layout, but for a more atmospheric look. It's great for a small town for a RPG, a server, or even for personal use. The design is meant to be easy to traverse, and is full of features to explore.

5. Small pond
6. The town is built by the lake side, on a cliff nearby

Disclaimer! : The sale is for the Town and SOME terrain, or individual schematics/town schematic. If you wish to purchase the town, the full lake, and the rest of the map, you will need to BID or BIN this: http://www.mc-market.org/threads/78889/. To BIN, it will cost $40.00, with an additional $2.50 for the extra town of Tullen (Not this town).

Once sold/bought, the buyer retains ownership of the build, and have permission to resell.
The pack will be sold exclusively (1 time only).

Payment options: Payment of 50% upfront required for BIN, or for over $5.00. Remaining 50% after transfer of map. If wishing to refund, 50% will be kept by the seller (me) for cost of time spent, and you will forfeit the right to sell the build/schematics or use them on a public server.
PayPal will be the only accepted payment method.

The Town was built solely by me, Crazyspartan/BGC. The style is meant to be player friendly for about any situation.
IF you wish to buy the full map with only this town:
Cost will be: $37.50
IF you wish to buy the full map with both this town and the town of Tullen:
Cost will be $40.00
If BID is less then the BIN, and you wish to buy the map, the terrain itself will cost $40.00 regardless, and the other town will be $2.50 regardless in addition. The map itself is a total of 5k by 5k, with a large island in the north east, a swamp, lakes, and more.
