Hover item ID's

Hello,

So I been watching some live streams and YouTube, and noticed when you hover over your item it shows the ID and something like "Minecraft:carrot" in the bottom in gray. I'm guessing this needs optifine (Have it) how do u turn that setting on?

F3 + H - Advanced Item Tooltips (Basically shows Item IDs)
No need of optifine.

F3 + H but there are also clients that can do this better.
