The first hub has a:

Please provide proof you built these builds and/or you have right to sell them... I'm pretty sure second hub (or at least similar) was here a while ago.

Yep, the second one is definitely not yours, since it was posted before you came on here, and I am doubtful that it was sold just recently. you claiming nobody but you has these makes you a likely scammer.
It is also highly unlikely that both of these are yours if you had claimed to have built them, since they are in completely different styles.
I do not instantly recognize the first, but I do get the feeling I have seen it before. I will not use it as proof that you are indeed a scammer, since I have no proof of my own, but the second hub + your claim nobody else has these is false and therefore sufficient as proof.
Not to mention that build does not seem to have sold, so you are either pretending to have it or you have stolen it from him.

The second one was never sold (1/2). (2/2) The other guy 'Lun4t1c/Alex/Andrew' is someone I know.

first of all, do not claim you are the only person to have this build when it is clearly a lie.
Second of all care to share the owner of the other build with us?
third, I recommend against buying from this user until
Lun4t1c vouches for him on this thread.
and finally, I'm afraid starting off as a reseller with practically 0 reputation (and no I don't mean ratings) is very difficult and anything but advisable
