Individual is very unprofessional and is unable to converse in English. Reported that I do not need any artwork until next week and he kept requesting the following sentence
"When do I get paid?"
"You pay now?"
"So you can pay now?"
"Pay me 50 now I start now"
Despite answering him that it is on hold to wait until a later date to discuss. Deal at your own risk, no proof that the work is his. Even if he is capable, I can see it going south and turning sour easily with his poor communication and ethics.
