So im setting up a skyblock server and iv'e setup island upgrades however whenever i test them out and bear in mind im default ran , normal perms and not op i get the following message in game and i havnt even purchased the upgrade before;

The config looks like this

To be able to do this I used the plugins
+ AnimatedMenus
+ AnimationLib
+ Askyblock
+Vault

Please help me and theres no errors in console either

Make sure you don't have permissions like * added to you personally.
