Okay. So imagine that there is this wonderful miracle middleman website that can guarantee 99% of a safe payment for items, for both sellers, service providers, and customers.
It would be intelligent in detecting malicious code in jar files. This website would need a staff team to actively check and approve each trade. Paypal would be the most obvious gateway for paying, unless other integrations on this site happens.
Badger has agreed to give this thread a shot and see if it gets any traction from Mick.
Big Question: Would you pay for a subscription for this kind of service? $15 for 30 trades or something, etc.

Features:
- Detects typical malicious code in jar files
- Private Live chat between seller(s), service provider(s), buyer(s), staff member(s)
- Ability to paste in pictures
- Automated middleman to take live payments from gateways & sellers to provide files
- Ability to show updated or uploaded files live time to people in trade to agree
- 100% automation for OG transactions.
Purpose: Meant to be an automated safe middleman, that will be refreshed for staff members to click and view/approve the trade.
How it works:
- Seller and buyer are both registered with their paypal or other gateway
- They type into a search bar for each other's user and request a trade room to occur
- Both users accept, and there will be live panel.
The live panel will have 4 categories:
- Seller and buyer are both registered with their paypal or other gateway

- Both users accept, and there will be live panel.
The live panel will have 4 categories:
- OG/Semi-OG account trade
- Build trade
- Plugin trade
- Config file trade
- Misc trade (Steam account for example)
Example Situation:
1. Seller and Buyer agree on a OG Account trade.
2. Buyer discusses with Seller in live chat to discuss any concerns or proof still needing upload, etc.
3. Seller puts in the info of the OG account such as the username, TID (optional), email, password, security questions.
3A. All of the info won't be directly visible to the buyer, but on the buyer's side they will see a green check saying Verified info.
4. The buyer than clicks to pay through paypal and the seller's screen will show a check for the buyer has paid for a check.
5. There will be an optional button for both users to request a staff member to moderate the trade, and verify everything is okay (Account trades can be fully automated and without scam guaranteed Badger said to me in PM so this step is not necessary)
If step 5 has not been selected, both users click a button to accept the trade and viola they get what they want. The seller will have the money received from the buyer, and the buyer will receive a nice formatted information for their account.
Note: Other trades however will require an actual staff member to review code, faulty config files, and fake builds. The details will be worked out if this idea takes off.

Hypothetical FAQs:
1. Can OG/Semi-OG or any account trade be 100% automated?
2. I want to sell a build to a buyer, but they're questioning whether I have proof I built it, how would this site be easy for me to provide proof?
3. What is this "live panel" thing?
4. What will my paypal or gateway pay to the buyer as?
5. What happens if we cancel the trade?
6. What happens when a deal is successfully done?
7. What can I do if I get scammed?
8. What happens if one side needs to go or log off suddenly?
1. Can OG/Semi-OG or any account trade be 100% automated?
Answer: According to Badger yes.
Answer:
- Live Chat usage. Paste in images of your build + chat proof
- Showcase the build on your build server of some sort. (Your responsibility)
- Contact a staff member by pressing a "Request for Staff" button for a staff member to review through and possibly use the above methods to verify.
Answer: The live panel would be a GUI that both sides of the trade can use to update each others info. For example if the seller has paid through paypal the seller's side would see a "Green check" that the buyer has submitted payment to the website's paypal waiting to be transfered to the seller's once the trade is complete. The seller uploads a plugin.jar for example and the website automatically checks for malicious code such as "setOP" etc. and verifies through a basic code check. If the buyer is still suspicious a staff member can be requested to view the plugin.jar and confirm to the buyer it is safe. Once both sides are satisfied with the live panel's updated "Green checks" both confirm the trade with a simple button press.
4. What will my paypal or gateway pay to the buyer as?
Answer: Most likely will be automatically goods & services, with buyer protection. I would hope the website could automatically calculate tax % and use the buyer's paypal to add onto that, though that could be a separate option feature for Badger to add.
5. What happens if we cancel the trade?
Answer: The website would give back the money stored in its storage gateway (paypal as example) and send it back to the person who uploaded the money onto the site. The seller's information would be safely disposed/deleted off the site to ensure no security or abuse to the information. Remember the site is meant to be a safe semi-automatic middleman to handle trades/purchases, so it should be very safe to trust this and receive your money back. Regarding the answer to Question 4, the site should refund the side that uploaded the money fully, including the tax % if that is ever a feature.
6. What happens when a deal is successfully done?
Answer: Most likely emails will need to be registered onto the site's account, and when a successful deal has been completed your email should be emailed with a "receipt" of the item you traded, with all its available information with a timestamp. If added by Badger or some other developers, a user could request to have the live chat be sent as a transcript to their email.
7. What can I do if I get scammed?
Answer: Unfortunately if you do get scammed, even with this site's secure trade and all its features, we can't do much but permanently ban a user with ip, email, and username and report to MCM too. It would very much work like "Scam reports" on MCM here. The website can not afford to refund customers who use this service and get scammed. The site is aimed to preventing or limiting the amount of scams, but there is no 100% guarantee it will stop scamming entirely.
8. What happens if one side needs to go or log off suddenly?
Answer: The trade would be saved with the files or information stored, and the payment in the website's gateway. Simple as that, unless the other side wants to cancel the trade and terminate the files/info and payment back to them.
