IEnchanter is a configuration setup that give you 25 custom made menus (12 menus for vanilla levels and 13 menus of OP levels) to enchant your (Sword - Bow - Tools - Armors) by running a command or by clicking a block and pay using in-game currency (Enchantment shop). It has 2 setups one for 1.8 enchantments and the other for 1.12.2 enchantments so it supports 1.8-1.15!, it has ALL enchantments with in-game cost to enchant.
This resource made using DeluxeMenus and PlaceholderAPI ONLY!

/enchant - Opens natural enchanter menu.
Alias: /enchanter

/enchant op - Opens OP enchanter menu.
Alias: /op enchanter

Permissions:
IEnchanter.Use - Gives access to use natural enchanter menu.
IEnchanter.OP.Use - Gives access to use OP enchanter menu.

IEnchanter optional plugin:
Commands:

/IEnchanter block add [permission]
To add the block you're looking at (permission is optional).

/IEnchanter block remove
To remove the block you're looking at.

/IEnchanter reload
To reload the config file

Permissions:
IEnchanter.admin
Gives you access to all IEnchanter commands.

IEnchanter.block.use
Allows you to open the enchant menu by clicking on the click block you set in config.yml file.

Yes I have been trying to find it but I cant figure it out
Well sorry about that but i have a reason for not saying it in here or in the resource page, its a plugin from spigot thats all i can say.

It will be replaced by another custom plugin (i made ofc) in the next update.

Again sorry about that, if u really want to know u can buy it and ull know ;)

I am very interested in this. Can the enchants be changed to suit OP servers? As well as does it check to make sure your not trying to put enchants on something it doesn't belong on? Such as sharpness on armour?

yes it can, i can put any enchantment levels you want (1-10000)
And you can't enchant sword enchantments in armor for example

Can be a general block (you set the block in the config) like all enchantment tables can open the menu,
Or only a specific block you set with a command.

- Replaced the enchant plugin i was using with a custom way to enchant items using PAPI JavaScript expansion.
- Removed 1.13 version because no need for it anymore, 1.12.2 version works in 1.13+ now.

Could this possibly work with Token Enchant? For an OP Prison server. Such as /upgrade with the pickaxe in your hand to increase custom enchants (from TE). If that’s possible I may be interested in having you make my server a private copy :)
For the currency (if you want to use TE tokens) yes, but its not made for TE and it's custom enchantments.
Its for vanilla enchantments (enchantments list can be found here or in the resource page)

I haven't used TE before (i don't own it), but if you want something similar for TE in your server i may take a look at it (if you do own it) and make you custom one.

NEW UPDATE!!!

- Added support for MC version 1.14.
- Removed modified JavaScript expansion, no need for it anymore (now using the version on the cloud).
- Added menus for OP levels (Levels and prices are changeable from settings.yml file!)
- Added another item to display your balance in the menu.
- Enchantments now are displayed in the item you're holding in the menu
