AzureBlade is a growing community which is currently under development. We need a professional developer who will be able to help in growing our server. Developers and server managers will be paid per month, monthly pay will be negotiable but will be based upon the servers income and what can be afforded!

Professional Developer

Job Description
Create plugins, ranging from simple ones to slightly complicated ones.
Edit plugins, including custom ones and common ones.
Config plugins, as in configure plugins as required by me.
Find sources of bugs and lags.
Configure server setups and settings, and be able to suggest solutions to requests.
Requirements
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must have high levels of java skills, and able to create, edit and configure plugins (proof needed).
Must be able to create, edit and configure servers.
Must have previous experiences in developing plugins and/or servers.
Must be able to perform regular bug checks (every 2 days).
Must be active in the server and be able to respond within 12 hours shall a crisis rise.

Payment every month, amount is negotiable.

Remarks
Make sure you fit all requirements.
Before officially hiring, there will be a test period of one week, during which if we think it is not up to standard we will terminate the trial without notice and payments.

Thanks for the tag SoldierAlex ,
but to be honest this seems like a terrible deal. Unless the pay is good which judging by this thread it won't be, it's not worth it. OP clearly doesn't know how to handle servers. He wants to pay probably $1/hr to set his whole server up. Plus, he doesn't know the difference between a developer and a server manager.

I agree with ItsMonkey.
