Increasing my playerbase

Hello, and I am currently searching for a person to increase my server playerbase.

My budget is to stay under around 60$ (I could go over if necessary), and I would like my playerbase to be about 15-30 active players on my server the entire day, and enjoying my server.

I just want a real decent playerbase. I do not want any bots or anything, and I want legit players.

I said I could go above that price, I am just saying I am more flexible under 60$.

Also, it isn't hard to get that playerbase if you have some platform you could advertise on. My friends server got advertised by a guy from skype that had 3000 contacts, and he now has a constant 40 playerbase.

Maybe try growing your playerbase in different ways besides buying other server maybe try to make your server unique so players stay on!
