This is not the first time I have heard of you, but before I actually pick (for the future) what Server I want to go for, can you please tell me why I should pick you over 'SoYouStart' (and similar hosts)?

This is not the first time I have heard of you, but before I actually pick (for the future) what Server I want to go for, can you please tell me why I should pick you over 'SoYouStart' (and similar hosts)?

We don't compete against OVH or any of their brands, we're not a budget provider by any means, nor do we aim to be.

1. We utilize a tier 4 facility for our servers with N+2 redundancy. We have never had power or cooling issues, even during the worst of weather.
2. Most of the hardware we build sell is the latest generation (Example: E3 V3 and E5 V3). We don't utilize used and older generation hardware (except for out off-lease clearance servers). Due to how CPU demanding Minecraft is, these CPUs perform significantly better versus older generations at the same clock speed.
3. Our data centers are staffed with techs directly on-site 24/7 as well as our own office directly inside the data center. Our average initial response time to support tickets is under 15 minutes.
4. Our network consists of tier 1 carriers. This way you get more consistent latency.

I ask that we don't turn this into a OVH/SYS/Kimsufi vs us thread. The offers I have provided are not in anyway similar to OVH's offers nor are we similar to OVH in anyway shape or form.

If OVH and their other brands fits your requirements, then by all means, please utilize them as they do offer the best bang for the buck.

Oh yes, they took a bit to change OS's but apart from that my experience was and has been extraordinary.
