Was going to go with these guys but they won't give a good answer on DDOS protection and they have a no refund policy so it's hard to even test...
I tried to get definitive answers about how much protection but they just basically ignored the question and copied & pasted a stupid answer:"We do not give out how much protection we offer"

This leads me to believe that it's rubbish and in that case won't be using it.

Thanks for the feedback and happy first post! The "stupid answer" is intentional as we're not targeting a customer base who is heavily prone to DDoS attacks. We have DDoS protection, but it's not the business we're looking to be in. We're not looking to hand hold and make custom rules for customers or set expectations that are then shattered because DDoS protection isn't a one size fits all kind of thing.

The DDoS protection we offer is geared toward being able to filter common attacks on a best effort basis with no guarantees. We say no guarantees because again, DDoS protection isn't a one size fits all solution. Attacks can be incredibly advanced, attacks can be incredibly large. Most attacks we see are a 1-off generic types of attacks that are filtered without the customer ever noticing, and the ones that do notice typically come to us from another provider with a DDoS problem hoping we'll fix it for them because their last provider couldn't.

If you know you have DDoS problems, make sure you find a great solution beforehand. That great solution may vary by customer, it could be something like a cheap game OVH with a tunnel or it could be an expensive DDoS provider who specializes in actual layer 7 filtering.

Anyways, thanks for reading, I hope you understand our stance and continued ambiguity toward the subject.
