Is my Profile Picture good, for my first time? I have tried my best!

There is a lot that could be improved let me try and help you out:

First try to proportion out the body and the head to make it more realistic
Second when trying to colour also add shading and look at the perspective of the light an how shadows are then formed accordingly

What software are you using? I suggest using Sai o Illustrator. It's not good right now, but if you keep practicing it will be better. Also consider doing an sketch first, in your notebook or something, and then scan it in your computer and start drawing over it. It'll be easier!
