clean clean clean build!!! May be a little overpriced but not a waste of money. Keep building!
2 things I expect people to ask you, so I'll ask for them now before they do so in less polite terms (i've seen some blunt requests for default pics etc).
1. Proof that you built this. Pictures of the building process are ideal. You currently have a picture of what I assume is your mc avatar standing on the map. People are not likely to accept that as enough though, as it just means you have the map in your posession.
2. pictures in default texturepack. Not everyone uses the texturepack you use, and seeing what it looks like in default would help a lot with sales.

seems like a good build. There are a few ways. Pictures of the building process, pictures of the build on a server where you have OP (or maybe a video/gif of doing a command that requires OP) so they can tell that its on a server you have power over, not just worlddownloaded from someone else's.
If people ask for further proof, they sometimes ask to see builds on a server. DON'T do this, as it means they can use the worlddownloader mod to download it. I've seen perfectly respectable people use that mod for their own reason, but it can be used for stealing and scamming way too easily, and is not 100% blockable.
Instead, use skype screenshare (skypecall, go to call option, click share screens) to fly through the server, they can then see that. dont forget to end the call when you're done though
