[Introduction]
I am 17 from the USA in eastern standard time zone. All in all I can bring a proper management and leader into your servers community and team. I used to make all my servers from scratch so I can do essentially anything. Some proof from my last server oriental mc will be posted below!

how I advertise is different from some of the others on the mc-market community. I’d be doing organic growth is indeed a slow process but is better for your community you would be getting loyal players rather than one timers like streamers get you. I will be managing tiktok accounts, forums post, fb groups, lfgs, etc. The reason why it’s a slower process is because I would be finding players who are actually interested rather then people joining because there favorite streamer is online. This is also more prone to higher donations as well.

Not all marketing managers only go to streamers. There are more than just two ways - Streamers and Social Media - to grow a Minecraft server at a rapid pace while also keeping players who are interested.

Please stop defaming the other managers before you know their ideas and their ways to help with growth.

Never said all, I know some decent people but they can’t work off a 50$ budget. Tell me that’s not true.

Depends on the owner's expected growth. Everyone can work with a $50 budget. However, some owners don't understand that they won't be getting the same amount of players as someone who has a $500 budget.

Budgets play a key role in terms of paid advertising. If both servers are doing free advertising and one is not increasingly better than the other, it should be easy to grow both at the same or similar rate.

I agree with you, I’ll take off the part about other marketing managers I say that because every market over and two has never been able to work with me with even $100 budget.
