The UHC plugin is the UHC plugin that contains all the game tasks, scenarios, scoreboards, etc for our UHC server. The core uses MongoDB to store things like basic stats and ranks. The KoTH is a WIP plugin that I put down a little while ago and haven't fully picked back up. The Practice plugin is an ArenaPvP plugin with ranked, unranked, party battles, party ranked/unranked, and almost every other feature a Practice plugin needs.

Reactions really shouldn't be a requirement. Anyone can post hundreds of posts, but only get like 2 reactions. Plus, reactions have nothing to do with your skill level. You can post a bunch of crap everyday and get hundreds of reactions or post a lot of meaningful posts and get no reactions. Reactions don't really show anything about you or your skill level; thus, I think you should remove that as a requirement.
As you can see, it says unless stated otherwise by me. If you have 5+ reputation and haven been on the forums enough to get 5 rep, you should be capable of at least getting somewhere close to that number. Even if a developer didn't haven that many reactions, it doesn't mean that Van is going to instantly deny it. If he/she provides the correct amount of work in a portfolio and shows experience and trust, then Van will look into it.
The reaction requirement also is just to prevent very new members from trying to apply for this job.
It still says nothing about whether you're qualified or not. Five reputation is enough to drive away new members. And you can get reputation from taking commissions without actually posting on the forums often. Your argument really doesn't prove anything, and it shouldn't be a requirement.
