I know I'm making threads about mojang and shit.... But can we all be real for a few minutes.... Lets be honest this bull shit? Mojang locking accounts? EULA ENFORCEMENT? they tried that shit in 2014, they can't afford to loose 25% of its community. They will go to complete shit. All we can really do is just way to see what Marc_IRL and his team have to announce to us..... Plus, Ticket spam won't be going down any time soon unless a update that replenishes everyone will appears out of no where!

Losing roughly 49%* of their overall community would be a pretty big hit after they finish with this EULA shit.
You think mojang will really lose that many o_o? I hope they just allow people to claim their accounts back with their original passwords or security questions.

where are you getting 49% ? Tf. On average 1million people are playing Minecraft at all times. I don't think that 490k people will quit because of the EULA.
Haha it was just a joke towards them killing off all servers. My bad. The 49% came from a tweet (IIRC) that one of the devs tweeted.[DOUBLEPOST=1456811856][/DOUBLEPOST]

Your argument is just so stupid. There are two scenarios...

a) Comply with the EULA and continue to run a server, prosperous, and make money.

or...

b) Become a salty twat canon, close your server or wait for Mojang to force a DMCA or take legal action, and stop gaining revenue.

Server owners make up a very very very tiny segment of the Minecraft population. Like ~0.1%. Server owners who'd rather quit than adapt are just shooting themselves in the foot. The players aren't going anywhere. They will just find a new server to play on. It's that simple. Anyone with half a brain would focus on adapting to Mojang's policies, rather than crying the sky is falling, it's not, and won't. Many server owners suffer from a disease known as entitlement. You feel like Mojang owes you the world. Be thankful they allow you to actually have options to profit from their product.
