'Limited WorldEdit'

Does anyone have a limited worldedit plugin for sell? I don't mind if it's been used on another server, we just need it working. (I will also accept skript).

I am willing to pay $10 for this.

There is a plugin called AsyncWorldedit which does exactly this

No need for a custom plugin and to pay for it, Rather than that i would suggest AsyncWorldedit It adds a queue to Worldedit commands, it can limit the blocks and does all needed features that you asked for. But you are asking for limited permissions? That can be done through any permissions plugin.

I think I may have confused you guys, We have a creative server and we want different donator ranks to have access to a certain amount of worldedit, for example the first donator rank has access to 500 blocks per worldedit and the top donator rank has access to 5000 blocks per worldedit.
