Hi, my name is Jeroen, and I am a twitchstreamer.
Before streaming, I was a YouTuber, and I realy liked entertaining people, but I wanted to have more interaction, so I started livestreaming. Now I like to do some streams for a little payment.
I'm Dutch, so (Pherhaps) I speak another language than you are, but most of the server I stream on, are international, so they want players from all over the world. I can fix players from The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxemburgh.
The quality of the streams are good, and there will be a webcam in the stream to. The microphone quality is also very nice, 'cause I'm working with the Devine USB-1 Pro. My webcam is a Logitech C920.

For people looking into this i have hired twitch streamers in the past. The streamer had 200 - 300 viewers and would bring 25 - 50 people onto the server each time. once the streamer got offline 95% of the players left the server and only returned when the streamer returned. Overall i lost monty off it and do not recommend hiring twitch streamers!

Even I agree on this, but still, some people love to play on some type of servers, and maybe the streamer wasn't that related, to your server, and his viewers weren't to
I like streaming, and to me, I have even more fun when I get payed for it
